The morning session of the Annual Meeting is Advanced Affirmative Action Plan training facilitated by the OFCCP.  Please bring a calculator and pencil for activities.

The afternoon session will focus on Best Practices for sharing your Affirmative Action Plan with all levels of management.  This session will focus on:

Communicating your Affirmative Action plans

bullet

Providing an easy to understand quarterly update to the plan

bullet

Documenting your meetings and communications regarding the plan

Other activities include:

Light Breakfast and hot lunch will be provided

We will introduce new officers for 2005

bullet

Voting on KYILG Board of Directors for 2005/2006

bullet

Presenting Donations to various agencies that promote Affirmative Action and Diversity

bullet

Gift Giveaways for attendees
