Key OFCCP Audit Focus: OUTREACH EFFORTS

Would you like to develop more effective linkages with community groups that provide employment services to veterans, individuals with disabilities, refugee workers, etc. while also connecting employers with dedicated and qualified workers and assisting with special technology needs?

With the significant increase in onsite compliance evaluations by the Office of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP), now is the time to take immediate steps to engage in more robust outreach efforts! Even small improvements now can demonstrate basic compliance in future audits.

The KY ILG invites you to join us on Friday, August 26th, for an exclusive introduction to many community groups who are excited to assist you with your outreach and technology improvements.

Speakers for the KYILG Summer Seminar include:

Carmen E. Rendon - Assistant District Director, U.S. Department of Labor/OFCCP
