John D. Ralston, MDiv, MPA, SPHR Co-Director Labor-Management Center University of Louisville John is currently the Co-Director for the Labor-Management Center at the University of Louisville. Established in 1986, the Labor-Management Center (LMC) represents the University of Louisville in providing a comprehensive, objective, and superior program of research, teaching, publication, and promotion in order to foster labor-management partnerships and networks for more efficient and productive workplaces in a broad cross-section of union-organized producers of goods and services. Through John’s leadership the center has been very successful in creating educational opportunities for business and labor unions to work together.
Keith Hosey, Associate Director Center for Accessible Living Keith assists companies in implementing programs and policies that comply with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and helps to integrate people with disabilities into their workforce. He has worked with large and small companies across Kentucky, including Fortune 500 companies. He facilitates a Business Advisory Council of local employers interested in the employment of people with disabilities. The Center for Accessible Living is a disability rescue center which provides information, advocacy, and services that create opportunities for people with disabilities to live more independently.
Kay Mathis, Vice President ADA Technology Citigroup Kay Mathis is currently the Vice President of ADA Technology at Citigroup in Louisville, KY. She loves her work of developing IT tools for employees with disabilities and making sure the company stays up to date with their needs under the Americans with Disabilities Act. She alone handles all technology for thousands of Citgroup employees with disabilities around the globe. She has been on the cutting edge of such initiatives, and even developed some of the technologies herself over the years. Kay is very passionate about her work and she has an enormous amount of experience in the field.
